Main advantages of INSOTILE

• Specific Sheet Forming Procedure
  Due to the modern forming machinery of Kamaridis GlobalWire Group, the special sheet forming procedure of InsoTile manufacturing results in the maintenance of the metal durability
• Variations of tile length
  The standard tile length is 350 mm. The length of InsoTile varies from 2100 mm to 15400 mm multiplied by 350 mm.
  
  
  
• Lightweight – Durability
  InsoTile weighs approx. 12 kg/m2, in other words only 1/3 of the corresponding ceramic tile weight. The material strength ensures full roof load capacity, without any deflections.
  
  
  
• Application in Low Pitched Roofs
  InsoTile is the only product in the form of tile, which can be used for two-sided and multiple-sided roofs with a minimum pitch of 13%.
  
  
• Water Tightness
  The special sheet forming and the double profile overlapping make InsoTile completely watertight against any water inflow.
  
  
• Reduced Construction Cost
  InsoTile is the only product which offers a traditional appearance without the additional costs for roof felts, battens and separate insulating material. Due to its lightweight InsoTile offers savings on roof support structure, faster construction time and generally an aesthetical and earthquake safe construction.

The foam is odorless, prevents the formation of mold and fungus, remains chemically neutral and the humidity does not change its mechanical capacities. Sensitive to the texture of the excessive sunlight and in contact with water only at the exposed surface as well.

Foam expansion

Pentane is used in foam expansion which is friendly to the atmosphere and to the environment in general as it is chlorofluorocarbons free (CFC & HCFC Free.)

Specifications of PVC coating

In most storage and food processing facilities, the use of PVC covering panels is required. PVC is available in two colors (RAL9002 & RAL9010) and in 120mic thickness. Both colors are certified and suitable for use in food storage and processing applications according to all European standards and regulations (78/142 / CEE, 80/766 / CEE, 82/711 / CEE, 85/572 / CEE, 90 / 128 / CEE, 92/39 / CEE).

Additional Features

On customer demand and upon consultation concerning the minimum production quantities and the delivery deadlines, the Insotile panels can be also manufactured with plates of different hardness, thickness and type, such as prepainted aluminum, copper, PVC, stainless steel as well as with different coatings depending on the particular requirements of the project.
